Slavic Women – The Truth About Dating [ My 5 Years of Dating in Eastern Europe ]
For the last 5 years I have been working, living and dating in Eastern Europe. My job as a co-operate consultant has allowed me to visit every single country in the region and has provided my with some useful experience when it comes to dating beautiful Slavic girls.
Ok – I lied – There has been the occasionally drunk “Prawn” – but I blame the local vodka for those scores.

Those Aussies – They have the funniest sayings in the world. But despite the sporadically screw-up I actually had a wonderful time dating a lot of Slavic women that were the perfect mix between looks and personality. I used the several Eastern European dating sites over the last few years to catch myself some hotties.
Don’t believe me? You may have already heard of Irina Shayk (Russian), Mila Kunnis (Ukraine), Olga Kurylenko (Russian, Ukrainian and Belarussian) and Natalia Vodianova (Russian) just to name a few, that proudly represent their countries on the runway and on in Hollywood!

A Quick History Lesson
Present-day Slavic people are classified into East Slavs (chiefly Belarusians, Russians, Rusyns, and Ukrainians), West Slavs (chiefly Czechs, Kashubs, Moravians, Poles, Silesians, Slovaks and Sorbs), and South Slavs (chiefly Bosniaks, Bulgarians, Croats, Macedonians, Montenegrins, Serbs and Slovenes).
As you can see there are many countries that the Slaves call their home. And even though they share a common ancestry, you can really tell that the cultural differences between east, west and south Slavs are very noticeable.
There is one thing that they do all have in common, though. That is religion and language. The majority of the slavic people are practicing Orthodox Christianity;
- Belarusian
- Bulgarian
- Macedonians
- Montenegrins
- Russians
- Serbs
- Ukrainians
In their languages they share the Cyrillic script as well as their cultural similairities to the Byzantine Empire.
It might come as a surprise – but the second largest religion is actually Roman Catholicism. The Catholic slavs are as follows;

- Slovaks
- Slovenes
Torn by war, crafted by culture
Most slavic countries have had a troublesome past. Heck, some of them are still in a difficult situation like Russia and Ukraine, but if you take a close look in the history books you will noticed that most of them have suffered greatly under strict regimes.
This resulted in a slavic-culture that focused mostly on family and religion. After all, non of the communism-leaders ever allowed anything else, let alone thinking about your future or starting a career.
The elderly people can talk for hours regarding the past, but the new generation (millennials and generation x) have had a much more democratic and liberal upbringing.
An upbringing that would make these beautiful Slavic women perfect partners for the Western men that is tired of the spoiled and feministic behavior of the women in their home-country.
North, east, south and west – Which Slavic girls are the best?
Good question!
As there are so many different personalities when it comes the Slavic ladies, how will you know which type of girl is best for you?
I can say that all of them have one thing in common; They are all A-grade girlfriend material when it comes to looks and personality.
Hospitality and hotness is just something that most Slavic ladies have perfected. If those two factors are important, you won’t be disapointed.
But as a visitor you are most keen to find out which girls are open-minded to meet foreign men, am I right? You see, there is a cultural difference between each slavic country when it comes to dating Western-men. Some accept it, others not so much and there are even a few that are almost untouched. Those hidden gems like Moldova and Lithuania make dating in Eastern Europe worth your wile.
But even with the looks and hospitality you will see an extra feature that makes these women so bloody attractive. Family is a first priority. P-E-R-I-O-D!
They will manager a full-time job, take care of the children, look like supermodels and still cook your meals. It is a fantastic traditional way of life that most Western men dream of. Of course – that means that most women will only accept men that can provide and are emotional stable – but I can honestly say that dating Eastern European women has been an absolute privilege.
